In this context, the real challenge is not only to create a functional product, but also to guarantee its reliability over time without introducing production costs that are difficult to sustain. It was this requirement that led to ViDiMa&#8217;s involvement in the development of a basket designed for intensive use in industrial washing cycles.<\/p>\n<h2>Critical issues that emerged from the initial project<\/h2>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft wp-image-4930 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/vidima.it\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/01\/vidima_soluzioni_lavaggio_industriale_interna1.jpg\" alt=\"Vidima Soluzioni Lavaggio Industriale Interna1\" width=\"570\" height=\"280\" srcset=\"https:\/\/vidima.it\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/01\/vidima_soluzioni_lavaggio_industriale_interna1.jpg 570w, https:\/\/vidima.it\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/01\/vidima_soluzioni_lavaggio_industriale_interna1-480x236.jpg 480w\" sizes=\"(min-width: 0px) and (max-width: 480px) 480px, (min-width: 481px) 570px, 100vw\" \/>An in-depth technical analysis of the initial design highlighted some significant critical issues. On the one hand, the planned configuration did not guarantee structural strength that was fully adequate for continuous use in particularly demanding industrial environments. On the other hand, some design choices would have involved such complex production that they would have had a significant impact on the overall costs of the product. Through a targeted redesign of the structural elements, ViDiMa overcame the critical issues that emerged during the analysis phase, achieving a more solid and better optimised solution in terms of production and economics, while maintaining the product&#8217;s suitability for its intended industrial use.<\/p>\n<h2><\/h2>\n<h2>A more robust and efficient result<\/h2>\n<p>The end result is a product that is better suited to industrial washing conditions, capable of ensuring continuity of use and greater efficiency, while reducing production complexities and associated costs.
